Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All Jigyasa courses are 100% digital. There is no physical shipment. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with login details and course access instructions.

2. Delivery Time

Access is usually granted instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for course access to be activated. Live class schedules are shared via email and WhatsApp.

3. Did Not Receive Access?

If you have not received your access email within 24 hours of payment, please:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Write to us at hello@shalinijha.in with your order ID and registered email.

4. Physical Products

We currently do not ship any physical products. If a physical add-on is introduced in the future, separate shipping terms will be displayed at checkout.
