Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Digital Products & Courses

Since our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or course materials have been downloaded/viewed.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same course due to a technical error.
• Payment was charged but course access was not delivered within 48 hours and could not be resolved by our support team.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, email hello@shalinijha.in within 7 days of the purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing time may vary.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been provided, as the product is digital and delivered instantly.
